This office is an upbeat, friendly place. What more would you ask of a dentists office? You and your people seem to like what you do and it is apparent to your patients. This model would be a success in any kind of business. I have always been impressed with what you have achieved in the many years my smiling face shows up at your door. The only criticism I have is that I can understand the variety of waiting time for your services, but I see no reason why the hygienists never meet their appointment times. The wait is too long for a routine timed task.

I usually have to wait 10-15 minutes before I'm seen for my cleaning. I wish the cleanings could be completed in 30-40 minutes (not 45-60).

Dr short and entire staff are awesome .I recently went in for a cleaning and Leann filled a crack in my molar . It was convenient for me not to make an additional appointment ,she took care of me (on the spot). That's service with a classic smile!thanks for being a great team.

Ashley is a fantastic hygienist. She's always so careful to make me comfortable. I had a problem with a sensitive tooth for years, and since she's been cleaning my teeth the problem is gone and I no longer fear sitting in the chair. It's always a very positive experience. I told Ashley that she must never leave!! :) Everyone else in the office is also wonderful, helpful, and very friendly and welcoming.
